The tool is relatively easy to use. Plugin seems to work well. There is a paid subscription for sending the e-mails though. Support is great, Niha was very helpful and prompt every time.

The Retainful plugin has been extremely useful. We have retained so many orders using this plugin, so in terms of money, it has paid for itself. The plugin is very customizable, from un-intrusive pop ups to email notifications that you can set time intervals to, as well as custom coupons to reel customers back to your store. In addition, Ramesh’s support is beyond superb. From helping us set up the plugin to troubleshooting issues, he always makes time and is responsive very quickly. We just had an issue that I thought was related to the Retainful plugin, but it turned out to be an issue with a different plugin, however Ramesh still helped me troubleshoot and fix the issue. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for this plugin and the support this team offers.

These modules work well, and very simple to implement and also maintain.Support from the Retainful team has been superb and we appreciate the follow from the team as well.The Modules work well and simple and intuitive to setup.. Depending on how strong you provide the reward for the consumer actions you will see strong responses.Biggest benefit of the Plugins are the reminders that it sends customers.. to re order. Finally, I found the plugin that works! It’s not the only plugin working great, but their support is amazing! In their dashboard, they have a chat window with real people replying to you, and they walked me through every single step and stayed with me for hours to explain everything, although I haven’t purchased a premium version yet. I highly recommend them, love their work so much so I wasn’t even lazy to come here and write a review about them!

It’s clear that this company works with love. There are many little details in the tools that demostrate that they are doing a great job. But any tool without a good support don’t have any value, doesn’t matter if the most complete and powerfull tool if when you have any doubt, issue, incompatibility, etc. none in the company reply your emails or are generic replies telling that the problem are other plugins and recommending to disable all of them (generic reply from many plugin developers) Here from the first minute, they reply me very very fast for all doubts and help me to configure and fix issues. Totally recommended.
