The Retainful plugin has been extremely useful. We have retained so many orders using this plugin, so in terms of money, it has paid for itself. The plugin is very customizable, from un-intrusive pop ups to email notifications that you can set time intervals to, as well as custom coupons to reel customers back to your store. In addition, Ramesh’s support is beyond superb. From helping us set up the plugin to troubleshooting issues, he always makes time and is responsive very quickly. We just had an issue that I thought was related to the Retainful plugin, but it turned out to be an issue with a different plugin, however Ramesh still helped me troubleshoot and fix the issue. Finally, I found the plugin that works! It’s not the only plugin working great, but their support is amazing! In their dashboard, they have a chat window with real people replying to you, and they walked me through every single step and stayed with me for hours to explain everything, although I haven’t purchased a premium version yet. I highly recommend them, love their work so much so I wasn’t even lazy to come here and write a review about them!

It’s clear that this company works with love. There are many little details in the tools that demostrate that they are doing a great job. But any tool without a good support don’t have any value, doesn’t matter if the most complete and powerfull tool if when you have any doubt, issue, incompatibility, etc. none in the company reply your emails or are generic replies telling that the problem are other plugins and recommending to disable all of them (generic reply from many plugin developers) Here from the first minute, they reply me very very fast for all doubts and help me to configure and fix issues. Totally recommended.

I had an issue with a coupon that was applied, and I couldn’t figure out where it came from. The customer mentioned a code generated by Retainful, so I reached out to their support team. After several chats where we couldn’t identify the cause, Ramesh went above and beyond by offering a video call to resolve the issue, even though he knew it wasn’t caused by Retainful. He meticulously examined our website, plugins, and even the PHP code to ultimately uncover the source of the problem — which turned out not to be related to Retainful.I truly appreciate the exceptional support he provided.
