What's the difference between the Free and Starter plan?

Just one thing — how many emails you can send per month. Free gives you 500 emails/month. Starter gives you 10x your contact size. That’s it. Every single feature works on both plans.

I have 10,000 contacts. Do I need to pay for all of them on the free plan?

Nope. You can import as many contacts as you want on free. The only limit is 500 emails per month. So you could have 10,000 contacts and still be on the free plan – you just can’t send more than 500 emails that month.

How does SMS and WhatsApp billing work?

We don’t charge you for SMS or WhatsApp. You connect your own Twilio account for SMS and your Meta account for WhatsApp — and you pay them directly at their standard rates. We take nothing. No markup, no credits to buy.

How is Starter pricing calculated?

It’s based on your contact count. Starts at $14/month for up to 1,000 contacts. Every 500 contacts after that adds $4/month. So 2,000 contacts is $22/month, 5,000 contacts is $46/month. And your email limit is always 10x your contact count.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins. Upgrade when you need more volume, downgrade when you don’t. You’re in control.
