We are pleased to introduce our new trigger rule that allows you to ‘Skip entering a customer into a workflow’ if she/he already entered into the workflow in the last X days.
So, you no longer need to worry about customers entering the same automation workflows simultaneously and receiving multiple emails.
Currently, this new trigger rule is available for both abandoned cart and post-purchase automation workflows.
Just click on the ‘Trigger’ block in the automation workflow builder, go to ‘Entry Rules’ on the right side, and set up the trigger rule.
