Triggers
Retainful have introduced new triggers types to the automation workflows, they are:
Paid Orders : Use this trigger to send emails after an order is paid.
Order Fulfilled : Use this trigger to send emails after an order is fulfilled.
Order refunded : Use this trigger to send emails after an order has been refunded.
Order Cancelled : Use this trigger to send emails after an order is cancelled.
Order failed : Use this trigger to send emails after an order is failed.
Added to list : Use this trigger to send emails when a customer enters into a list.

Past Orders
This is only for the post purchase automation workflows.
Retainful has a new update on past orders feature for all the post purchase triggers which will ensure whether the email should be sent to the older orders or not. When enabled, this would allow orders made in the previous days to enter into the workflow in addition to current orders. Specify how many days back from today’s date you’d like to include.

Coupon
Retainful has introduced a new update for its coupon generator settings, tailored for both WooCommerce and Shopify users. For WooCommerce, the update allows you to exclude sale items from coupon eligibility, ensuring discounts only apply to regular-priced items. For Shopify, the update enables you to send emails containing coupon codes that will become valid after a specified number of days, enhancing your promotional strategies and customer engagement.
